Inception is a sci-fi action movie produced in 2010. Leonardo DiCaprio plays Cobb, a criminal who is on the run from police, but has this power/device to enter others minds and create a dream to find information that could be useful in reality, the only bad thing about Inception is that you have to pay full attention (knowing me I daydream through half of it) missing a bit of the movie and you will end up trying to catch up with what just happened it is truly a confusing movie but once understood it all fits into place and is a well planned genius film. But after I watched it, it caused me to have a headache trying to keep track of all the dreams within dreams and what was going on but was worth the headache.
The beginning is confusing it takes a while for you to understand the complex parts and how does this dream thing work, but once understood the movie is great. It is similar to Matrix with entering another world but Inception takes it further and Cobb is able to enter a dream within a dream, and to exit the dream they have a synchronised way to get out of a dream. Cobb has unsettled business with his wife, none other expect for the architect know of the dangers they let themselves in with entering a dream with Cobb because of a killer dead wife lurks in his head, but why does she seek to kill them in a dream until you know you cannot judge Cobb for a murderer or victim.
The plot of the movie gets even more emotional and complex with rules about dreams entering dreams and the time difference, they have a perfect plan to enter a wealthy man’s head to steal his wealth by getting the code for the safe, but once in progress with infiltrating his dream the perfect plan starts to fall apart as unsuspected memories from Cobb start to appear and life and death now matters in the dream because the synchronisation is no longer death to exit the dream and if they are to die they are forever trapped, now not safe not being able to wake up but instead be trapped the film turns interesting who would make it out dead or alive and will their perfect plan fall to pieces?
The director must of thought hard about this film because now it is one of my favourites because of the creativity involved to make this film, there are still some parts I still do not understand and a load of people I would guess would have a lot of theories about the film, but still a fantastic movie to watch and I recommend anyone to watch this film.
